Welcome to the Consultation Assistance Request page. Consultation Assistance is provided by the Workers' Safety Consultation staff. Requests for full service or limited service health or safety visits can be made online now. You may also request training/seminars or written program assistance. These are courtesy visits and there is no charge to the employer.

Please understand that all serious hazards or program deficiencies identified during any consultation survey and/or program assistance visit must be corrected. Failure to do so may result in referral to the Assistant Administrator for possible enforcement action.
